You can build your own voice recognition robot, or you can buy one for $460.20 (yes, this is the price). The AS-4WD wheeled platform is designed to communicate with a single chip microcomputer device with speech recognition capabilities.
The manufacturer claims that you can achieve human-computer dialogue by understanding and interpreting the voice signals. All the voice signals are transformed into corresponding commands. All the commands are then transmitted wirelessly to the wheeled platform so the robot can complete the commands. You can play with basic commands such as forward, backward, left, right, or you can go further and control the robot with complex commands.
