After tons of articles about serious robots doing various jobs, today I’m looking at the robot with boxing skills. Well, this is not Muhammad Ali, and it cannot be used in competitions.
The idea of this robot is to demonstrate the dynamic collision avoidance system attached to a Cyton Gamma robot arm. The dynamic collision avoidance system is designed to rapidly change the movement path of the robot in response to detection of the human movement and select the optimal solution in the search space.
The robot arm seems to spread and twist like a boxer, especially when you watch it in slow motion.
